Merrick Rosenberg is the leading personality expert and award-winning/bestselling author of Taking Flight! and The Chameleon, two books about the power of personality. As a keynote speaker, he shares his entertaining and insightful way of learning about ourselves and others with people all over the world. He has certified more than 500 trainers to share his reimagined approach to personality styles that he refers to as Eagles, Parrots, Doves, and Owls. Audience members see themselves in the conversation as they enjoy answering the question, “Which bird are you?” Merrick founded Team Builders Plus in 1991 and Take Flight Learning in 2012. After teaching more than 100,000 people how to use their personality to build relationships and lead happy lives, he identified a pattern that predicts who will win presidential elections based solely on personality. The pattern has been so consistent, it has held strong for 22 consecutive elections going all the way back to 1932—and if history has any say in the matter, personality will decide who will win in 2020. He captured this model in Personality Wins: Who Will Take the White House and How We Know. He enjoys enlightening audience members who think they are voting for platform when in fact, they are really voting for personality. Under Merrick’s leadership as CEO, his company has been selected as the New Jersey Business of the Year and named one of the Fastest Growing Companies and Best Places to Work in the Philadelphia area. He received a B.A. in Political Communications from George Washington University an M.B.A. from Drexel University who recognized me as the Alumni Entrepreneur of the Year. Cross-cultural communication with Cecilia

At an age when every young adolescent typically are searching for their identity, it was doubly challenging for Cecilia Lui for such self-discovery growing up in two cultures. Originally from Hong Kong, Cecilia grew up in different parts of Canada since the early 70s when her family decided to uproot to Canada after the 1967 riot in Hong Kong. Growing up abroad with working parents, Cecilia and her four siblings had much autonomy to pursue extracurricular activities and academic studies of their choice. Between going after her first choice of pursuing secretarial studies at a local college and attending university, Cecilia opted for the latter. Cecilia struggled with the math and the economics and was not enjoying her business administration studies. Two years into her academic journey, the university added a new bachelor degree. Take a guess what that might be. The rest was history. After 18 years in corporate administration where she felt being in supporting roles allowed her best attributes to shine, Cecilia decided that it was time, she could not see herself retiring in the same profession for another 20 years. Married young, and also divorced young, Cecilia experienced many challenges much sooner in life than many of her peers. By the time she was 30, she was a single mom. In 2001, Cecilia decided to return to her birthplace wanted to reconnect with her roots. It was through her journey back to the East that led her to unravelling her childhood dream in understanding “what makes others tick” and also fulfilling her desire to deepen her understanding towards her own culture. Little did she know that this over time became an important part of her work. Today, Cecilia’s work brings together the intersectionality of people, culture and communication. Her work with corporations and professionals often involve helping teams and individuals become more adaptive in their communication and leadership abilities, bringing to light how personality and cultural conditioning can often get in the way in achieving a connected and collaborative work environment. With our world increasingly diverse and multicultural, Cecilia continues to promote a message to all on the importance of developing a genuine interest in the people and the world around us with better relational skills and nurturing our sense of empathy, awareness and understanding that we need for a world with more inclusivity and less biases. From Communist kid to independent entrepreneur with Zuzana Dobro

Zuzana helps people to gain clarity, awareness, and alignment with their target audience across every stage of their dream customer’s journey, so they can sell ideas with purpose, create expansion in people's lives, and be an independent entrepreneur. Unlike many who focus primarily on products or services to sell, she delivers solutions by applying a design-thinking philosophy using human-centered discovery, brain science alignment, and business and client synergy. She is Slovakian, born in the former Czechoslovakia. As a kid, she was told she’d never be able to leave her country and see the world or have the freedom to be whoever she wanted to be. After the Iron Curtain came down, she moved to England, speaking very little English with only £200 in her pocket. She gradually made her way through working in the creative industry and got an offer to join a big corporation. She had her “dream job” as an interaction and UX designer, but still, something felt odd... she had this unstoppable desire to fulfill her childhood dream to travel around the world, so she quit the “security”, traveled solo for 2 years, and even backpacked to Antarctica. After her trip, she merged her passion for adventure travel and human evolution with design and creative problem-solving Expertise, and she embarked on the journey of entrepreneurship. She created The WHO Method to help entrepreneurs, coaches, authors, experts and agencies to get to know their customers deeply and to avoid the pitfalls of attracting the wrong people. Racisim, sports and COVID -19 with Cecil Harris

Cecil is the author of four books that reside at the intersection of sports and sociology. His new book, Different Strokes: Serena, Venus, and the unfinished black tennis revolution was published in 2020 by the University of Nebraska Press. In it, he relates that the days of tennis as a country club sport for the aristocracy have long passed, as have the pre–Open era days when black players faced long odds just to be invited to the four Grand Slam events. He wants young athletes to know that though tennis is expensive, there’s a path for families to follow that can lead to success: Serena and Venus were home-schooled, largely shunned by junior tennis and have always had other interests. His previous books are: - Breaking the Ice: The Black Experience in Professional Hockey (Insomniac Press, Toronto, 2004) - Call the Yankees My Daddy (Lyons Press, Connecticut, 2005) - Charging the Net: A History of Blacks in Tennis from Althea Gibson and Arthur Ashe to the Williams Sisters (Ivan Dee, Chicago, 2007). He also contributed a chapter to the anthology, African Americans and Popular Culture (Praeger, Connecticut, 2008). He has been a sports writer for The New York Times, the New York Daily News, Newsday, the New York Post, The (Raleigh) News & Observer, The Indianapolis Star, The Sporting News, The Hockey News, the Associated Press, and USA Today. As a journalist he's covered major events like the Summer Olympics in Atlanta; the World Series, the NBA finals, the NFL playoffs, the New York City Marathon, the Stanley Cup playoffs, and the U.S. Open and WTA Championships. He appeared as an authority in the 2019 CBS Sports documentary, Althea & Arthur, about tennis Hall of Famers Althea Gibson and Arthur Ashe, the 2018 hockey documentary, Soul on Ice, and the 2011 documentary, A Perfect Match, about Gibson and her Wimbledon-champion doubles partner Angela Buxton. He was born in Brooklyn, New York, and live in Yonkers, New York and graduated summa cum laude from Fordham University. Website: https://muckrack.com/cecil-harris-1
