Discussing mental health with professional footballer James Geobey
James Geobey has just turned 26 and is a Goalkeeper from Solihull in England UK. He was part of the youth set up at Birmingham and Chelsea, before playing professionally with Barnet, Luton, Kiddermindter and Solihull Moors. James also had a move out to Spain. By his own admission, James did suffer with his mental health when trying to deal with the highs and lows of professional sport and dealing with the rejection associated with having to leave big clubs. But now James feels the time is right to get back into the professional game. He works hard in the gym and on the training ground and in terms of nutrition and diet he is second to none. He is always looking at new training methods to look for marginal gains where he can. James's instagram: @instajam_25 James's Agent: email@example.com
