Sherré DeMao is founder, President/CEO, and Strategy Maestro of BizGrowth Inc., a full-service training, strategy, process improvement and IP development firm she established in 1984. In 2006, Sherré co-authored a white paper on federal government contracting policies. The paper included 34 recommendations to federal agencies, which is attributed for influencing the SBA's launching of the Women-Owned Small Business Program in 2011. These efforts were among the reasons the U.S. Small Business Administration recognized Sherré in 2006 as a Small Business Woman Champion. In 2007, she was named among the 50 Most Enterprising Women in North America by Enterprising Women Magazine, and in 2015 received an international Consultancy Award from Corporate Vision magazine.
