Lessons of acceptance and resilience with Jeanne (J.D.) Covert

Jeanne (J.D.) Covert has been through her share of trauma. Her life experiences have taught her to empathize with others as well as to overcome her own circumstances. She learned to adapt to diverse world cultures and mindsets from her decades as an army officer’s wife, allowing her to understand and appreciate differences in each individual’s makeup. As a writer, Jeanne’s characters reflect the lessons of acceptance and resilience she has learned throughout her life. She enjoys watching movies and series as well as reading. But travel is her favorite, especially to places where you don’t usually find tourists or enjoying a meal in a small restaurant patronized only by locals.
