Amy Oloo

Amy Oloo was born and raised in Nairobi Kenya and has a background in International Affairs, with a Bachelor's degree in International Studies from York University in Toronto, a Master's degree in International Affairs from the American University of Paris, and a Master of Law's in Diplomacy and International Law from Lancaster University.
She is passionate about women's rights and international criminal law and the intersection between these two aspects, and this was a key driver in her decision to pursue work in the human rights field and to study International Affairs.
Over the years, she has worked as a human rights advocate at organizations such as Equality Now, the Jakarta based , Foundation for International Human Rights Reporting Standards, UNESCO and World Vision. She got involved with the World Federalist Movement through her volunteer work with Democracy Without Borders, and quickly recognized the value of Federalism in providing a platform for global governance solutions to some of the world's most pressing human rights issues.
She is an avid reader of classic and feminist literature, and enjoys spending time with her family, travelling, and nurturing her faith.
